General Refund & Cancellation Policy (No Refund)
- All sales are final. Once a financial consultation or service package has been purchased and initiated by Trade Mark Enterprises, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under normal circumstances.
- Clients are advised to carefully evaluate their requirements before making any payment for our consultation services.
Exceptional Circumstances & Dispute Resolution
While we maintain a strict No Refund policy, we value client satisfaction and business integrity. Exceptions may be considered strictly under the following conditions:
- If a proven service failure, major error, or default occurs directly from our side, it will be subject to a thorough internal review.
- Any exception or agreement to issue a partial or full refund requires explicit mutual agreement in writing between both parties (Trade Mark Enterprises and the Client).
- Because manual verification, cross-checking of service logs, and secure financial processing are required for approved exceptions, the resolution and processing time for such disputed cases takes 4 to 6 weeks from the date of agreement.
How to Request an Exception Review
If you believe you have a valid issue originating from our side that warrants an exception review, you must raise a formal request:
- By Email: Send your query along with your transaction details, receipt, and reason for dispute to your official business email ID.
- Processing Time: Review of emails and initial acknowledgment will be handled within 3–5 business days. If an exception is mutually approved, the final resolution timeline (4–6 weeks) will apply.
